Laurie Wing of Summit Sotheby’s International Realty is a 15 year veteran of the real estate industry and a 30 year ‘local’ of Park City, Utah. Laurie achieved ‘Rookie of the Year’ status in her first year as an agent and has excelled in the industry ever since. Achieving Top Tier performance recognition year after year is a result of her consistent service-oriented business model.

In well over 500 real estate transactions, Laurie and her partner, David Dowie, have represented buyers and sellers from around the world with primary home purchases, relocation, and vacation / second home purchases in Park City, Deer Valley, and Heber Valley. Laurie has built a solid foundation in the local community through her reputation of professionalism, kindness, attention to detail, and commitment to her clients.

Prior to real estate, Laurie was a Physical Therapist for 20 years, which affirmed her love for human connection, honest communication, and championing her clients’ success. As a long standing-figure in the community, Laurie has excelled at welcoming her clients to the lively network of Park City. In doing so, Laurie has continued to grow her leverage, her know-how, and expertise, therefore consistently exceeding her client’s expectations. It is no surprise that the majority of her business comes from repeats and referrals from past clients.

Laurie and David also do business as the Dowie Wing Real Estate Group and partner in their luxury home building business, Dowie Wing Custom Homes. They blend an incredible combination of skills with David’s many years as a developer and builder and their collective 30+ years selling real estate.

In her free time, Laurie enjoys every aspect of the active Park City lifestyle, including yoga, running, biking, skiing, and golf. David and Laurie share a wonderful blended family and love spending time with their kids who have all grown up in Park City.
